    Hello.
I am looking for a simple and cheap solution to control via android.
I would like to have a view from one ip camera and the possibility of controlling one relay on my phone. That is all.

Does anyone know of a simple controller with an app?

I do not have a camera yet, I will buy one for a specific solution (the simplest, without a moving head).
Internet will be for now some router with sim card further to the planned controller whether by wifi or twisted-pair is indifferent to me.

    .

If the camera is to have a relay in it, for example the Hikvision DS-2CD2420F-IW or others in this family have an alarm output. These can be viewed via the cloud. You just need to check if this output can be controlled directly from the app. I don't have such a camera now, so I won't check.
