Hello, I have a gate with a nice drive. Garage door. It stops about 30 cm before the floor and does not close. With gentle assistance with 1 finger, pressure, it closes all the way. What can I do? Where is the problem. The door is lubricated.

From the fact that it does not reach the floor I conclude that it is a garage door. It has probably lost its settings and must be programmed according to the instructions. Admittedly, I have heard that the garage door is already in the registers of the Social Insurance Institution , but without data on the model, type, year of manufacture we can not help. Regards. J.

Well, his capacitors may have already dried out. Do you have a manual for it? Normally, after disconnecting the power, you would press the button, connect the power, let go, the button and the door would learn itself. In my drive, after 15 years, when the power goes out, the memory dies ( there is no battery) and the drive has to recall the settings.... Regards J.
