    Welcome,

I am planning to purchase a meter for my fuse board so that I can safely "tinker" with it and read the data.
An SDM120 counter with Modbus has caught my attention.
The only problem is that I want to start by reading the pulses from the diode and read them in the Supli (I already have the hardware ready and configured for this) and I'm not sure whether this meter, thanks to the diode, signals 1000/kWh pulses or just lights up continuously when there is voltage.
I want to switch to domoticz in the future so I'm looking for something universal (2in1).
Maybe someone of you has a suggestion on what is best to buy ? Which meter?

    I will answer myself a little :-) .
    Maybe the F&F LE-01MR ?

Why are you going to mess around with reading from a diode when you have a 1000 imp/min pulse output available. Plus on terminal 7, minus on terminal 6. Voltage range 5-27V DC, current max. 27mA.

why impulse when it has a modbus, appropriate scripts and rs485 readout of power/voltage/current/frequency etc.?

The point is that for now I have everything ready under the diode readings and the rest I will want to play with in the future.

Diode control signal = signal on terminals 6-7. As in #2, why combine with an optocoupler when there is a ready-made electrical signal.
