    Hello I have a problem with this switch as it works in functions like this:
    Button A works and buttons A with B attached (the whole chandelier activates), while B alone does not activate. Pressing button A again deactivates the entire chandelier. Although the Leds on the switch indicate when button B is activated that it is active, there is no light?

    Any advice on where the fault could be. A second switch is out of the question as I have tested a replacement model and it is the same.

    And that B button is what it switches on - what power? - Because they have to have a load in order to have power for the electronics.

    This auction shows such special "led adapters" (these are ordinary capacitors, the manufacturer had a fancy calling them that, but never mind ;) ) - meaning they are aware that if the load is too low it doesn't work. Did you use these "led adapters"?

    No because it doesn't make sense how the first beam works

    You have to add a capacitor for each bulb, they call it an LED adapter.

    Okay, it's like this, I've tried with capacitors it doesn't work; with one the bulbs glow with two they flicker; In the chandelier I've checked the wires are four from the harness (mixing ground with 4 triggers the fuses) while in the socket I have two harnesses ( some are bridged) but only have three wires to the switch.

    .

    In the switch I have an output for only three L L1 and L3 so the number in the harness agrees with me;
    installation adapted to phases for an electric cooker and a differential; which works because once the heater in my washing machine burned out it triggered this fuse.

    Topic repeated and only resolved.
  • Topic summary

    The discussion revolves around a malfunctioning touch switch, specifically the B button, which does not activate the chandelier independently despite indicating activation through LED lights. Users suggest that the issue may stem from insufficient load on the switch, which requires a certain power level to function correctly. Recommendations include using "LED adapters" (capacitors) to increase load, as the switch may not operate properly with low wattage LED bulbs. The author has attempted various configurations with capacitors but continues to experience issues, including flickering bulbs. Additional troubleshooting involves checking wiring configurations and ensuring compatibility with the electrical system.
