    Hello,
I have implemented roller shutter control at my home on a Satel Integra 32. Two "NO" line inputs, sensitivity 100ms, with response - "47 No alarm action", which control "roller shutter up" and "roller shutter down" type outputs. Everything works as it should - quickly, efficiently and reliably - raising, lowering, stopping, etc. Immediate reactions to the bell buttons.
The problem arises when I want to expand the inputs with a CA-64E expander and transfer the above two inputs to this expander (with exactly the same configuration). Then I observe the phenomenon that the control panel "fails to notice" the signal on the same input one after another - there must be a delay of approx. 5 seconds before pressing the bell button causes a signal on the input again. This is annoying if I raise the roller shutter and then press the second button twice to stop it and start lowering it immediately. But the roller shutter does not go down after stopping. I have to wait for about 5 seconds (without pressing the button) and only then does it start to go down.
Integra 32 is on the latest version 1.19. Where is this problem and this difference in operation coming from?
Will replacing the expander with an INT-E change anything? Ultimately I need to switch from the inputs and outputs on the control panel to INT-E and INT-O expanders. I would like to add that I have relays in cans and not in a cabinet, hence these models.

Thank you in advance for your reply.

CA-64 E (...) This is true. I saw a case like this once.

    Yes.

    But.
Ask Satel if it's possible to upgrade the CA-64 E itself in their service (you won't do it yourself, as this model didn't have RS-485 yet).... If so, you won't need to change to INT-E. I honestly can't remember how it worked out in the case I wrote about (whether there was a replacement or an upgrade).

Replacement with INT-E solved the problem.
