Hello.
This is my first topic on the forum and I am not an electrician so I apologise in advance if I write anything wrong or not clearly
.
I have a Fibaro system at home with a Home Center Lite control panel. There are several Relay Switch type modules connected. I decided to add a Roller Shutter 2 module myself to control the roller shutter. I bought the Roller Shutter 2 FGRM-222 module and connected it according to the diagram. The control unit detected the module and added it. I set up the roller shutter with positioning, a mono-stable switch (because that's what I have) and did a calibration of the module which went without a hitch.
I thought everything was working fine, but after a few "passes" of the roller shutter up and down, as well as setting it in intermediate positions, the roller shutter stopped and no longer wanted to move, either via computer or phone or by pressing buttons. The module, on the other hand, reacted to the signals all the time, as the module light (green or red) came on for a while and then went out, and switching could be heard. The computer screen said the communication was correct. The roller shutter does not respond. Only after removing the voltage and several attempts did it start. But after a few passes it stops again in random positions.
I also tried setting it as a roller shutter without positioning and reset the module to factory settings while doing so, but the effect is the same. Calibration ok, then the first few runs ok and at some point it stops and doesn't start anymore.
I should also add that the roller shutter is quite large, on the triple balcony door it is over 2m wide and 2m high.
Perhaps one of the parameters of the module needs to be changed and I am completely unfamiliar with this. I have only changed parameter 18 from 10W to 80W but this has not changed anything.
Perhaps someone has had a similar problem or knows what could be the cause of such an action, I would be grateful if they could tell me what else I can do.
Thank you in advance for your helpful advice.
Regards.
