[Solved] I cannot add Roller Shutter 2 to the HCL control unit from Fibaro

The Fibaro Roller Shutter 2 (FGR222 EU 2.5) user manual says to press the S1 or B button on the module housing 3 times after plugging it in. Unfortunately, this does not work in either one or the other of the same module. Deleting from the HCL control panel set to 300 seconds and then adding also with a time of 300 seconds has no effect, resetting the modules by holding down the B button for 14 seconds also has no effect. I've run out of ideas on how to get this crap working. Once I managed to connect one of the shutters to the control panel and it worked normally. It worked when I switched off the fuses from the roller shutters on the dashboard and a second after switching it on a colleague pressed S1 three times. Unfortunately the second shutter no longer connected using this method. I tried for three days to fight it, the support department at Fibaro did not advise me anything specific. So I reset everything and now I can't add any device. Please help if anyone has had similar problems with this hardware and thank you in advance.

Check for updates for HCL, if the version of external devices is newer there are problems adding them(they are not visible).

This control panel updated to the latest version as soon as it was switched on. Today when I get back from work I'll try resetting it via recovery and then we'll see. I'll let you know, maybe this information will be useful to someone later.

Unfortunately, trying to hard reset the unit by holding down the two buttons on the case completely fails. The usual rubbish is the fibaro. New devices and unfortunately it's not as cool as in the promotional videos.

Hello, again. The subject has been resolved - the Roller Shutters added themselves seamlessly. The gimmick was that you have to "quickly" press button B and that's basically it. The only question is what "fast" means according to "Fibaro", so my answer is that you have to make your hand vibrate in such a way as to fit in three presses within 0.5 seconds. Unfortunately, this cannot be done with the S1 key, as these buttons have too long a delay between presses.
