Connecting PC to Nexwell System for Remote Panel and Sensor Setup

Hello everyone. Colleagues I have a topic to pursue only I have not dealt with the nexwell system. I have looked through the guides the company provides for the whole system but have not found the answer to my question . I need to add a panel and a temperature sensor to a room to control the temperature in that room. It's a simple task but I'm having trouble connecting the PC to the system. The investor has a nexwell connection via a smartphone app . I assumed that if I enter the ip address and password to the program on the PC the same as in the application should connect to the system and configure it. Assumption wrong I cannot connect . Colleagues can you suggest what the problem is
