ESP8266 hangs when uploading a library board on Windows 7 Prof.

Hi. Obviously the problems themselves. When uploading a new tile from a base called library, esp8266 to be exact, the program crashes and stops downloading right at the beginning. Even the download cannot be interrupted. It is only with the "three kings" that the programme can be switched off. This situation occurs on two computers with windows 7 prof installed. When I installed on Win 10 home - there was no problem. Do you have any suggestions, proposals? Or maybe someone has already encountered this and solved the problem?
