Question what solutions do you recommend for a small flat of 50m2?
    I would like to have
    - Fire detectors, flood detectors, door openers. They must be wireless
    - motion detector camera with sav somewhere in the cloud
    - measurement of power consumption / cost forecast
    - automation such as switching off the contacts when I leave the house - I do not know if this makes sense because in standby the costs are probably not high
    - safety is important, such as the risk of fire because some modules were short-circuited
    - I am able to quickly grasp a language such as lua
    - nice app

At first I was thinking about fibaro but I see the cost of e.g. 10 sockets would be about 2.5k, a bit much, solutions from other companies such as xiaomi are cheaper but the catalogue is poorer, I do not know how about automation
I see that e.g. instead of a fibaro station vera plus was proposed in one post - what do I lose with such a choice?

Look at the Tuya app - really a lot of equipment supports this and the prices are affordable too. As for the idea of switching off sockets when leaving the house - bear in mind that Android-based TVs, for example, will take more than a minute to boot up after such a switch-off (at least Sony takes that long).

Thanks @ka99, I've had another look at the topic and the new plan is to either buy a hubitat that embraces z-wave and zigbee or test buy a usb stick and for now install home assistant on the PC and see if everything I would like is there and then fire it up on the local server.
The zigbee devices are clearly cheaper but I have not seen any power strips with current measurement, nor have I seen any sockets, at least not tuya - I have the impression that the protocol cannot transfer data from several sensors, with z-wave there is often more data with sockets there is on/off, power and temperature measurement

There are sockets with measurement and Wi-Fi or ZigBee connectivity, compatible with tuya.

I bought in Fibaro in a promotion but it is not so great, I could not connect the flood sensor and after several attempts the battery dropped by 30%
