Are there rooms with large temperature spikes? E.g. central heating furnace, air conditioning.
Why won't there be reed switches on doors and windows?
Are you planning additional functions for the alarm? Control of the heating, gate something else?

As for the alarm : there are to be 8 detectors inside each room with information on the phone . If it would not be a significantly higher cost it would be nice to have an app from which you can arm the alarm .
