    Hello! I don't understand what could be wrong. I have 2 lamps like this and half of them are lit, so far to switch on the second half I have used the remote control.
    The lamp does not respond? I have replaced the batteries in the remote control, Non-functioning half of the 4X LED G4 12 V lamp - no response to remote control, battery replacement 2 spare remote controls also do not respond. I have removed the lamp but see nothing burnt :( .
    Can anyone help, advice???

    - that doesn't mean it's not burnt or damaged. Start with the basics - such as the power supply on the left. There are descriptions and diagrams on the control unit - you can check.
