Lighting control project using GSM, LoRaWAN - addition of lamps, range up to 3km

Hello!
I need help with a lighting project.

The overall project involves:
On/off control of the lighting via GSM (preferably sms) possible access from a browser manually about 10 lamps powered wirelessly at a distance of about 30m-60m from each other.
All lamps switched on simultaneously
System based on lorawan due to range (lamps up to 3km from base point) broker customers
Possibility to add lighting lamps.

Is there anyone familiar with the subject?
