Well, and this light doesn't look smart I see two possibilities 1. Reworking the light itself, making the light trigger when the supply voltage is present (there may not be room for such a rework) 2. Building a circuit that will send the kind of signal the remote control sends when it is switched on (you could try using the original remote control or intercepting the code it sends and trying to recreate it).

So such a not worth the candle fun. Well nothing wants to fall off the shelf for me a few times 😀 Thanks.

I would like to add that I have the charger connected to a Gosund socket, but unfortunately the lights charge when the socket is switched on and have to be lit from the remote control.
