Hello, have you accessed this overlay?
I wonder if it is possible to read the data in some simple way. In Apator overlays people do it via wmbus, using a TV tuner. It's a bit too complicated for me.

At my place they installed similar, only branded on Flow Meters.
The rtl-wmbus reads this data, unfortunately the telegrams are encrypted with an unknown key.
It is also impossible to find any technical documentation for this (FLOWIS+ as well as these FLow Meters).

The only option is to talk to those who installed it, maybe they will make the key available.
After all, I am the one paying for the meters and legally the devices belong to me :) .

I wanted to buy this flowis as a second counter, so as not to mess with the main one. But it turns out that I have the IZAR overlay on the main one and it is possible to read and decode data from it. Of course this requires some tuners, wbmusmeters, etc, etc.
One electrode colleague did it simply: on esp8266 + radio cc1101. I will be figuring out the subject
