Scene in Smart Life: Switching off dev1 when energy consumption of dev2 exceeds the value

I am trying to set up a scene in Smart Life that switches off one device (dev1) when the energy consumption of a second device (dev2) exceeds a preset value. This can theoretically be easily achieved in Smart Life. Theoretically, because such a scene only works for me, unfortunately, if you physically open the dev2 power consumption tab - the "Electric" icon. Does anyone know of a way to have such a scene running in the background all the time, independent of the Smart Life app display?
