Automatic decoding didn't work. These values seem OK? P6 is the Wifi LED P7 is the Button P8 is the BL0937CF1 pin P9 is the BL0937CF pin P24 is the BL0939SEL pin

It seems you've got that device working, good job.
I checked the attached binary file and there is no pin cfg inside it. Tuya must have hardcoded BL0937 behaviour for this device. I can see some random JSON data, but nothing related to GPIO.
