    Hey!
I will be building a house in the near future.
I would like to have the following possibilities in it:
    - selecting from the mobile phone what music/radio (from the internet) is to be heard from the speakers in the rooms, living room, kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms,
    - someone with higher privileges (me, wife) can say something to the phone and the voice is to be heard in real time from said speakers (if something is already playing somewhere, then it has to be turned down so that my/wife's voice is clear and not drowned out),
    - control of lighting (RGB LED strips + possible lighting from chandeliers) from the mobile - various modes with option for self-programming,
    - control of roller blinds from the mobile - various modes with option for programming.

What speakers would you recommend for this? They don't have to be such that every audiophile would be happy.

What LED strips and their control
What roller shutters? I don't know if smart controls can be added to every roller shutter.

What, in your opinion, would still be worth having in the house and what would make it easier to operate?

Thanks in advance for your answers and help.

Normal switches and the ability to control elements of the house without all the "smart" stuff. So that you don't have to walk around your own house with a torch when a system goes down :) .

Take an interest in APA Group's solutions. They have all sorts of wonders for building automation. I see you're from Chorzów, and their presentation building is in Gliwice, so relatively close.
