Connecting the ESP8266 pins to the PCB on the Sapphire Pro with MKS Robin Nano printer

I do not know if this is the right section, but I have a problem with a PCB on which there is to be ESP8266 12 pin and the board has also 12 pins but with standard spacing of 1.27, so it is a reduction and it is to be for Sapphire Pro printer with MKS Robin nano board. It is difficult to make such a board in amateur conditions, so I have a question if all pins must be connected?
