Incompatibility of the MyNice app with Android and a problem with the it4wifi module

Hello, I have a problem with the it4wifi module I bought for the Nice RB600/A control panel. On my Android 9 phone I ran the configuration in the MyNice Welcome app and the gate control works. The rest of the family have newer phones and Android versions, but it is not possible to install this app as it is not compatible with the newer Android. I found the MyNice app in the Play shop, which I installed on both my own and the newer phone, but despite repeated attempts it does not search for the it4wifi device, even though there is an option for this module. It is also impossible to add more users as the new app requests an invitation code, whereas the older version does not generate codes, it just adds new users by accepting their request, which they cannot send without a code. Please advise.

Yes, I wrote. I was recommended a solution that I came up with myself, i.e. resetting the device and configuring it in a new application, i.e. MyNice. As I wrote above in this application it is not possible to connect the device (network error 14 is reported). In my spare time I will try to detect the wifi module directly from the wifi network of the router bypassing the access point, although as I wrote earlier on the old version of the application there were no major problems.

In my case the problem was the old version of Android (9) and the old app in which the configuration could not be done. On the new phone, the configuration took 5 minutes and then users of older devices could also be invited without any problem
