ZigBee or Z-Wave Wind Sensor for 11 Facade Blinds with 60 km/h Threshold

Good afternoon. I have 11 facade blinds with manually controlled motors. They have to be retracted in winds above 60 km/h. There is 15 metres of copper utp cable from the measurement point to the control room. Does anyone have a proven solution in the ZigBee or Z-wave standard? The closest I can think of is FIBARO Smart Implant plus some kind of windmill, but open systems are cheaper and have more solutions in other applications.
