Hi. I have 2 lamps fitted with a built-in motion and dusk sensor at the garage entrance gate. Both lamps are connected to the single switch with a 3-core cable which goes from the switch box to lamp No. 1 and on the ankles is connected to the cable going to lamp No. 2. Is it possible to synchronize the lamps so that they both switch on at the same time and remain on for the same length of time - although it is probably a question of time adjustment - regardless of which lamp senses movement? The idea is to eliminate the situation in which, after leaving the house or approaching the garage from the road, only one of the lamps lights up and the other only after a while. If this would be possible I would ask for suggestions on how to do this. The possible need to add a wire I think is an option.

Connect both lamps to a single motion sensor.

The sconces are equipped with a sensor like the one in the photo which is almost identical, it is not mounted separately so I don't have that option. As for the connection it is a simple cube Synchronisation of lights with built-in motion and twilight sensors Synchronisation of lights with built-in motion and twilight sensors .

    Hi

I wanted to see what the lamp connector looks like, because in some lamps you can see the wire that goes from the detector relay to the lamp.

Then it is easy to connect the two lamps together. In your case you cannot see this. To connect as you want, you have to interfere with the inside of the lamp and find the output of the motion detector.

    GreetingsM.

Hi. From the relay to the cube there are 2 wires, phase and neutral plugged into the cube as in the previous photo. In addition to the neutral, which is blue, there is a wire from the socket and the fourth black wire, the one on the screwdriver, comes out of the detector relay and is also plugged into the socket. Show what the sensor looks like from the wiring side. You can probably plug the other lamps into it.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around synchronizing two lamps equipped with built-in motion and dusk sensors at a garage entrance. The user seeks a solution to ensure both lamps activate simultaneously and remain lit for the same duration, regardless of which lamp detects movement. Suggestions include connecting both lamps to a single motion sensor or modifying the internal wiring of the lamps to link their sensors. The user provides images of the lamp connectors and wiring, indicating the complexity of the setup and the need for potential internal adjustments to achieve synchronization.
