Hi I used 2 smart switches,
"Mini Smart Switch" worked for 1 year and blew up.
"Aubess" worked for 1.5 weeks and blew up.
I'm connecting those Smart Switches to a boiler which requires about 11000mA (~220V).
Anyone had this problem? Can I fix it by soldering better components if I get a new one?
If it is a known problem and can be fixed by replacing components, which components should I replace and what are the best choices for replacement?

    Thanks.
Two damaged electronic boards with burnt elements. Two smart switches damaged by an overload. Two damaged smart switches on a white background. Two smart switches with visible damage from burning.

This looks very bad. That's why I would never use such a cheap low quality device for high-power appliance.

I'd rather consider going with a higher current model, like that one:
Scimagic-RC smart switch with technical specifications.

I suspect that the suggested device is too big to fit the box in my wall, the device size has to be the same or lower than mine.
However, you said that the problem is caused by the device low amp rating, how positive are you that that is what is causing the blow-ups?

I think that amp rating is not just the relay, it's also the screw terminal. The screw terminal on bigger device looks solid and rigid, while the terminals on cheaper devices are loose.

Or are you suggesting that it is not the device fault?

You could add a contactor to the mini switch

Electric contactor with connected wires on a workbench.
