Some of the devices may not have keys configuration. You may need to try GPIODoctor to find out their GPIO roles. What kind of device do you have?

I have found the pins manually and added the device here

Is it a problem with the program or the firmware? I used OpenBK7231N_QIO_1.17.606.bin and 692.bin.
