    Hi @p.kaczmarek2

I'm thinking of upgrading my home oven with support for remote temperature reading (and notification when the oven is hot, for example) using a K-type thermocouple.
I noticed that Tasmota ( Link ) in the sensors compilation supports a module with the MAX31865 chip together with a PT100 thermocouple ( Link ).
MAX31865 module with PT100 thermocouple and mounting components. .
I've looked in your WiKi, documentation and on Eletrod but found no mention of support for this layout.

For budget purposes, I would use the cheapest module with Beken chips etc.
Mini Smart Switch with WiFi technology and ports for electrical connections. .
and I would solder the wires there to the MAX31865 :) .
Unless you know of another cheaper solution for temperature measurement 0-250℃ ?

Could you add thermocouple support via the MAX31865?

Or maybe an NTC sensor under 3.3V and analog input ?

I can try to make a port of some library to the MAX31865, you would then have to help with the tests, but you can also look here:
Configuring OpenBeken for hot air testing - MAX6675, temperature and power logging .
    The MAX6675 is supported.

I have taken to these circuits, for now the MAX31855 :
    https://github.com/openshwprojects/OpenBK7231T_App/pull/1403
Doing a driver merge to the main fork soon.

    Then probably MAX31865...
