Measurements show that this bulb draws a maximum of 9 W, not 15 W. The amount of light is also more in line with the 9 W bulb.

I bought it mainly for decorative purposes, so I am mainly interested in the RGB mode. In this mode it shines quite brightly. It's far from the brightest of my RGB bulbs, but it's not the dimmest either. Overall, for the price it's probably worth it, although it mainly depends on how long it lasts.
