How do I connect such a marvel to a 230 V installation? A customer has chosen and bought one, and I don't really have the option to give a normal wired sensor.
It says Zigbee on it, but I've never used it. There are some receivers in the Paulmann range for controlling garden lights on 24 volts, and I need to put a contactor in a normal switchboard. The instructions for this are quite sparse (appendix).

Alternatively do you know of any wireless twilight sensors? A battery-operated transmitter and a 230 volt receiver, as they are not at all easy to find. Mesh on a cable is not an option.
I'm still considering an astronomical clock, but since I already have that in hand, I'm keen to learn more about "Zigbee".

A controller is required for this sensor.
    https://www.otolampy.pl/product/sterownik-do-systemu-plug-shine-433mhz-ip68
Maximum distance from the sensor to the controller according to the instructions 15-20metres.
These kits are typically for the garden.
The controller is powered by 24V.
    Here an example kit.

To use this sensor to your liking you need in addition:
Controller, 24V system power supply and 24V coil / 230V-contact relay.
The controller with the sensor must be within this 15-20m range.
The relay / contactor alone will fit in the switchboard.

So it's not universal that I'll buy some TH35 rail module with zigbee written on it and that's it? Because I'm a little uncomfortable with this garden receiver being hammered into the switchboard.
Maybe I'll ask it another way, just because something says zigbee on it doesn't mean it will talk to another one (from a different company)?

For ZigBee you need a ZigBee gateway 3.0
    ZigBee relay for DIN rail
    ZigBee light sensor.

    There are also WiFi solutions.
The WiFi module will cooperate with another module controlling a WIFi relay on a scene-by-scene basis.
    E.g.
Intelligent light sensor with WiFi and ZigBee support, compatible with Tuya Smart App, Amazon Alexa, and Google Home. .

will work with a WiFi smart relay switch.
They are also available on a DIN rail.
The disadvantage is that both devices have access to a WiFi network with an internet connection.
No internet access will result in no control.
