Wi-Fi lamp ELINKUME A9K775 - problem with switching on and setting up Tuya Smart

Wi-Fi lamp with loudspeaker and mobile control ELINKUME A9K775 works strangely.
When switched on with the switch, the first time it does not respond, the second time too, only the third time it lights up. It has to be done so slowly.
I wanted to connect it to the Tuya Smart app, but it won't let me put it into the flashing state....
I don't care about that, about setting the colour of the light. I would like to be able to turn it on and off. Anyone know how to do this?

In the instructions, the dedicated software is Tuya Smart ?
Maybe try connecting via the same WIFI for a start ....

I do not have a manual. I can't remember what the dedicated app was. After some iPhone update, I got a message that this app would not be supported.
I didn't use the extra features of the lamp like dimming and selecting the type of light or the speaker. I just used it as a normal lamp. It was possible to switch it on and off with the wall switch. Now, unfortunately, it doesn't switch on the first time and I can't get it into pairing mode....

Maybe there is a possibility of a hard reset.
