Danfoss Ally thermostatic heads - no possibility of pairing with Zigbee gateways

I own a number of devices working on the Zigbee network. I have recently purchased two Danfoss Ally thermostatic heads capable of operating on the said network, but "by China" I cannot pair them with the gateways I own. One is a Lidl Silvercrest and the other is a Nous E7. Has anyone had a similar problem? Can they only be paired with gateways made by Danfoss?

Yes, I have tried.
Heads - I removed the battery and fitted it back in place while holding down the control button for 10 s.
Gates - holding down the reset button for 5 s.

I purchased an additional head with the original Danfoss gateway. The heads paired without any problems. Is there any way to pair these heads with other manufacturers' gateways?

I have another problem with these heads. The Danfoss Ally system also includes a room temperature and humidity sensor (Room Sensor 014G2480). According to the manufacturer, it replaces the temperature sensor built into the head and, when integrated into the system, the head is controlled based on its readings. There is no specific information about this on the Internet, apart from sales offers. Even the Danfoss website on the subject gives no details beyond a few generalities. Do any of you use such a combination?
