How to connect the MS-Irriga bowl rain sensor to the SEN input of the Hunter controller?

According to the instructions it plugs into common ground. It works by breaking the circuit when there is water in the cup (disconnects) and connecting the circuit when it is dry (connectors) continuity of the wire. Because of this, it is not detected by the controller, as it does not plug into the dedicated connector from the sensor. Having remote irrigation, you won't tell if water was flowing or not based on the app report, you have to physically see if it was or not. On the SEN connector from the Hunter, it disconnects the irrigation when there is water, but no longer re-engages when it dries out. Anyone have any ideas how to bite this so it can be plugged into a dedicated connector and be detected by the controller?
Or how to e.g. connect the dedicated https://www.hunterirrigation.com/pl/irrigation-product/czujniki/czujnik-rain-cliktm to the bowl one so that there is a bowl system, but the electronics from the dedicated one and then into the SEN connector?
Unfortunately there are no more bowl originals, so either a cork one, which works differently, or a replacement into the bowl mass.

The cork one as far as I've checked it in the past is a contact one, there wasn't some kind of magic in there. Check yours with an ohmmeter, as diverging when water is present is unlikely, unless they've thrown some electronics in there.
In the hunter it seems to be possible to select NO/NC and similarly there is a cork offer.
You could also connect the bowl to a dedicated one and measure with a voltmeter what changes there as you flood with water.
