    Hi
I have a SmartHome built on Wi-Fi and ZigBee, via the Tuya app.
I have been unable to add 230V ZigBee sockets to the aforementioned app for some time.
I install all other devices without any problem.
Resetting the devices does not help. For testing I removed one socket and after one minute I could not add it anymore.

Which Wi-Fi router are you using? What are your wireless network settings?

    >>21613850 Hello, did you manage to solve the problem with the plugs? I have an identical problem. When they were connected, they worked. When disconnected they cannot be connected - 4 pieces.
Plug model BSD33 BRAMKA after Wi-Fi
I have a thermometer also on Zigbee, no problem with it

I'm thinking of buying one new one or the one I have I'll give to another person who also has a gateway and see if he can add it. I probably tried for half a day to add until finally the app wrote that I had reached the limit of connected devices
Question: where is the problem? Changing the Wi-Fi network and leaving it on for longer did not help

I think they have stopped supporting it. Today I found this info on AliExpress
Comparison table showing WiFi and Zigbee plug versions with protocol support info

It's identical to me - with the thermometer it works, the plugs no longer.
