    Thanks; I assumed as much

    I tried controlling it with a WeMos D1 mini. However, the LEDs just flicker randomly, even on solid.
    Tried adding a level shifter; no avail

    Tried using WLED with WS2812 and 400 LED config.

    I attached it to a WLED controller, set it up as a string of 400 WS2812 (RGB order), and it works. I haven't checked the order yet, but solid colors work.
