    Ok, so what happens if you go to Web App, to GPIO Doctor, set one of switch pins to Digital Input (pull up or not) and toggle switch? Is GPIO doctor able to read the state of the pin?

    Digital input, either with pull up or without it. Try both. And just check if the firmware can even see state 1 (switch open I guess?) and state 0 (switch closed?) If no change is seen, then try version with pull down...

    Maybe it's a pull up or pull down issue. We only have TglChanOnTgl, which is using input pullup.

    hey buddy no, just for me the problem is with the devices LN882H its the worst device I have seen.
    i have 1, 2, 3 abd 4 channel, all are awesome.

    dont buy NEO outlet, its come with LN882H
