    As in the subject
Most of these devices have mechanical limiters - I am looking for something with a rotation counter - encoder - are there any ready-made ones?
I need it for swimming pool roller-blinds - the working principle is to roll up the scroll like in window roller-blinds only different length.

    How about reed switches?

No mounting - must be an encoder - maybe some roller shutter gate controllers?

Then use a pinhole disc and a slotted optocoupler.

When it comes to end positions, there are two types of motors (or in fact drives) for roller shutters.
One has mechanical end positions (usually within 20-40 turns) and the other has electronic end positions (on an encoder) usually linked to an obstacle detection sensor. I think the latter have a much greater range of adjustment (Elero/Nice, Somfy, Mobilus, Yooda, etc). However, you need to bear in mind that these drives have a maximum continuous operation of 3-5 minutes. Once they reach 140-160 degrees they will switch off and only switch on once they have cooled down to 70-80 degrees, and their speed is 14-17 revolutions per minute.

So I'm getting the hang of it
I have a roller shutter motor built into the pipe there is already an encoder built in, I mean the controller-counter executive system itself I will convert in the pool roller shutters are 24VDC motors.
I am looking for something reasonably priced, the original controller alone without motor and encoder is a few hundred euros - the charms of things for the pool

Simply a niche that manufacturers and distributors are exploiting....
Roof roller shutter drives also come in 24V versions. The same is true for roller shutters on trucks.
Certainly Somfy has them in its range. Whether others do too - I'm not sure, but it's likely. You will have to make some phone calls, send some e-mail enquiries and you will probably find something.

What kind of built-in encoder is this?
If it is a simple pulser, an adjustable pulse counter /about £100/ and some logic would suffice.
I would introduce a reset, so-called machine zero, to eliminate
    error summing.

Can you write something more - because I'm not very good with digital cameras
    I think there's a simple pulser there.

You programme the number of pulses and the drive switches off.
If the counter is reversible, the drive runs from 0 to the set value. This is best because it is simpler logic.
