I need advice from experienced electricians/automatics.
I have installed a WAGO PLC in my house for a smart installation.
I have stranded all the twisted wires from the bell buttons on Krone connectors.
According to the specifications on Krone, the conductor diameter can be split: 0.35-0.9mm.
To connect the OUT controller to the Wago relays, I used H05V-K/ LgY 0.35 wire (max rated stranded wire diameter 0.21mm; outer diameter 2.4mm with 0.6mm insulation thickness).
It's fun to put together and I found that I might also connect the inputs to the controller with it .... but they have to come from Krone.
I did a test and plugged this cable into the Krone and checked continuity and resistance with a meter and everything looked ok.
I took the connection and unfortunately after connecting 20 pieces there was no continuity in 4 of them ... so the Krone did not cut the insulation as I would have expected. This is a 25% chance that something will be wrong ... makes me wonder how good it is on the other pins.
I'm in a dilemma whether to keep pulling it or possibly give up on this wire and with the Krone pulling everything with wires that I extract from the stranded wire?
Any experience, advice?
