How to fool the motion detector in the lamp from the attachment? The lamp in the corridor, the administration has blocked the regulation of the delay and when one has to be in the corridor for a while, someone has to sway in the field of view of the sensor ;) I can not interfere with the lamp, but I can place or hang anything next to it or nearby ;) ) Any idea ? Remote triggering of the motion detector in the east cage lamp. .

I shouldn't have to write this, but I know of a case where switching on the roller shutter control (relays and motors) causes the light in the switchboard room to come on (controlled automatically from the motion sensor)....

So you are left with a friendly wave to the lamp every so often.

Hang a hamster cage, put a spinning wheel in it and don't forget to feed and water the thing daily. A parrot cage would only work during the day, and then the light is not needed. ;) .

You know, a colleague has such an elaborate dangle that she leans out maybe 15 cm and turns on :) ) but it's annoying to dangle so much ;) ) other neighbours already have to wave their hands ;) )

I can't stress the drill with the lights on. This is inhumane, yet environmentalists will protest ;) )

That is, motion sensor and EMC detector ;) )

This is the kind of thing you can hang up and it works

Such a thing can be suspended shot and it works

Does it work? Movement is enough, heat (pir detector ? ) not needed ? Good :) )

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around finding a way to remotely trigger a motion detector in a corridor lamp, which has restricted settings for delay adjustments. Users suggest various creative solutions, including hanging a hamster cage with a spinning wheel to create movement, or simply waving at the sensor periodically. One user mentions a colleague's method of using a dangling object to activate the sensor. Another user shares a link to a device that can be hung to trigger the motion detector. The conversation highlights the challenges of working with motion sensors and the need for innovative solutions to maintain lighting without direct interference.
