It looks like someone paid you for their website via Przelewy24. You don't have this feature active, so you can't take the money back. Generally, you have no influence on what intermediary the payer chooses, he can choose PayU and Przelewy24. He chose one of them. The fact that you cannot make payments and withdrawals from Przelewy24 does not mean that someone will not have it. You have an account with both PayU and Przelewy24 due to the fact that you have an Allegro account. You just have an account, but not activated. It's the same as having two bikes in the basement and riding one on one (PayU) and the other standing on it (Przelewy24). But you can ride the other one at any time, you can also use them alternately.
It is not fair that Allegro thus forces you to activate Przelewy24 in order to recover the money now. This is an error in the script because if someone wants to pay via, for example, Przelewy24 and the recipient does not have this account active, the payer's information should immediately be displayed and such an operation should be blocked.
I don't have any active transfers either, only PayU and I use it. Now Allegro has launched some Allegro Pay. Another attempt to intercept maximum cash so as not to feed intermediaries such as the aforementioned PayU or Przelewy24.
Allegro tries to squeeze as much as possible from each transaction from the cash for issuing, commission and even manipulation interest on the payment.
We are dealing here with a very voracious and greedy company.

Buddy, this is true. These auctions are for June, May May, not a year. I brought the things that I exhibit at the beginning of May, where they are photographed. Allegro is lying to me, they charge me these amounts every month, 10 grosz per each auction.

New improvements on Allegro, that is a further part of the compromising changes that the greedy fools ruling Allegro are doing.
