A button for free delivery of a package with the SMART package, when you need to drive several dozen or even several hundred kilometers to get the packages.

Do you think that they treat parcels with a paid shipment differently than with Smart? Nonsense . For many years I have been using the parcel locker not only for shopping on Allegro but also from other sellers. I saved almost PLN 1,500 on Smart. I did not get a damaged package as I wrote earlier. May I not say it at the wrong hour. It has never happened to me that the package was in a different parcel locker than the ordered one. It probably happened 2 times that the parcel was to be picked up at a point approx. 1 km from the parcel locker. The parcel locker was overcrowded. Of course, I got the additional information that if I do not pick it up today, tomorrow it will be put into the parcel locker indicated when buying it.

I do not think so. They simply lack places in parcel machines and redirect parcels as they see fit, without asking if it suits me. So what if the shipment is free, as for fuel you had to spend several dozen zlotys. I will not mention the lost time. I would rather wait 2-3 days for the parcel than follow parcels around two provinces, two counties, two communes and two cities (I live on the border of two provinces).

From my experience, they do not redirect parcels themselves, but maybe in other cities it is different.
As for the very bad treatment of parcels, I suspect that it is a local cause.

In your case, there is either a pickup at a point (preferably a petrol station, a kiosk, a traffic kiosk) or simply a courier.

Redirection only after the addressee's consent. I cannot imagine that the package would end up in another city without my consent. Absurd. Apparently, the addressee agreed to one parcel and then traveled like a courier through various parcel lockers. He thought that approval was for all of his packages that day.

And there you are complaining ...

    [video: 692b1afaa3] https://filmy.elektroda.pl/7_1592316751.mp4 [/ video: 692b1afaa3]

Clear setting for the movie. Some people will be fooled into thinking this is the actual recording. You can see that the video has no continuity, although the author of the recording tried very hard, but as an amateur it did not work out. There is continuity to the intention to climb the springboard. Then jump to the final fragment (jumps and hitting the springboard and diving into a box with foam balls). There is no part of the entrance to the trampoline. I wonder how many times this "actor" jumped until he got this dive?
So that you can stick this proof (you know where). Poor provocation, buddy Marcin125 . :shii:

@ Niko72 nonsense you write. I had proposals to change the parcel locker several times. I did not react and it was in what was needed or at a collection point distant about 1-2 km from the parcel locker indicated when buying. There is no question of changing a parcel locker in another city without the recipient's consent. It's good that they didn't take your package to a city several hundred kilometers away. Your wife, if she was buying from your account, an offer could appear and she approved it and in this case you were buying formally. If she was buying from an account other than yours, it has nothing to do with your purchases. Interrogate your wife, although I assume she will deny everything.

Regarding the ill-treatment of parcels by couriers in this link there is a video of how it looks in practice. This is probably not an isolated case.

Regarding the arbitrary redirection of parcels in this link the discussion on "Trench", so my case is not isolated.

Movie offline. Discussion in the second link with split sentences on this topic.

Did I see webcams at parcel lockers or did I have a dream?

Parcel lockers are monitored, it's a fact. If there is a complaint (complaint) against the courier, they can recreate it and see how it really was. These webcams have been at parcel lockers for a long time.

It's not so funny with these Frogs and MOVES.

DHL delivers parcels within 24 hours from anywhere in the entire United States, except for Hawaii (9,373,967 km?). ;) , and PP cannot deliver a parcel via Pocztex48 service within 3 days from the street to the street (about 6 km by car, to the RUCH point). Currently, the housing covers these 6km for 80 hours :D I am waiting for information from the sorting office, I reported the matter to the hotline:> I will rather avoid it

Recently, I changed my mind about parcel lockers. I ordered equipment worth PLN 400, what was my surprise when I opened the safe and there was an open envelope and only half of the ordered goods. I did not report because I did not have time, I was leaving abroad for the next day.

About two weeks ago, the locker in the parcel locker did not open, it finally turned out to be jammed. But before I realized it, I was hanging around for a while and saw that one of the lockers was open, I thought it was mine. After a while of rummaging, it turned out that mine is jammed, but the 3 boxes adjacent to mine are open (all with the contents, not closed), I even took the package out of one and read the recipient.

It took 4 days to open mine. So it wasn't perfect, to say the least. Cameras may not help ;)

and not so long ago I was sending the parcel with a parcel locker. Posting code, etc. At the parcel locker, a locker opens for me and the parcel in it.
I had to spend some time getting them to open another hiding place for me.
I suspect that the courier did not take out the package (or there were two and only took one out), and marked it as removed and there is a free box. That's why it opened to me.
It was stated on the package that it was sent from this point.

Possible :) well, if someone does not take out either the courier or the recipient (sometimes there is a so-called multi-box where we have x packages in one locker. And if someone is honest, he will not take out, or will notify inpost, if we find a thief, then the worst case is with a multi-box ... because later when we prove that we did not take it out ...? Or there was no one? e.g. One package ...

Camera recording could help in such a situation. I wonder if these cameras are used to solve such "controversial" situations, or rather they are to protect the parcel locker against robbers and other vandals. Did any of your colleagues have such a "controversial" situation with Inpost?

These webcams are only for the panel :) though sometimes? I do not know if there are also lockers, it probably depends on the parcel locker.

The only cases of deception about PP that have happened to me was the notification and even no contact, i.e. intercom or door bell, the type threw into the mailbox, it was still good, but often it was lying on the windowsill in the block where I live, a regular woman from the post office and always prioritizing even if I did not wish for delivery, there were delays in delivery that one day and that's it for me.

When it comes to the Paczka 24 and Paczka 48 service, I must admit that I always order for pickup at the point, because I am close, and Paczka 48 is at "me" always as in the 24-hour service, I have no grounds to complain, on the contrary .

In my case, Parcel 48 is the next day in the afternoon (second parcel delivery course) at my place (courier) or at the point. Same as Pack 24.

I recently had two parcels by courier 48 arrived after 3 and 4 days.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around the perceived inefficiencies and misleading nature of the Polish Post's services, specifically "Paczka 24" and "Paczka 48." Users express frustration over the actual delivery times, which often exceed the promised durations, leading to claims of deceptive marketing practices. While some users report satisfactory experiences with timely deliveries, many others highlight significant delays, particularly when parcels are collected after 3 p.m. or during weekends. The inconsistency in service quality is attributed to various factors, including employee performance and operational inefficiencies. Users suggest exploring alternative courier services like InPost for more reliable delivery options.
