1. I do not advertise anything, inpost - parcel lockers, work well for me, of course, not everywhere ... and this is a fact.
Inpost couriers are no longer such miracles (I avoid it because it makes no sense), i.e. like all courier services, they deliver packages when you are at work and other cheerful examples.
2. Letter and who sends regular letters today? Anyway, even in the end, the rest of the written correspondence is to be dealt with electronically, after all, this is how we care about ecology.
3. As for these courier companies, I would also be careful because it may turn out that the costs of their shipments in comparison with PP could be similar if not cheaper - and years ago inpost was a serious threat to this, although I know people complained that registered letters (usually important) was picked up when the chops were pissed or the rolls were given out. The fact was a bit abnormal.
An example of PP's ability is their system of "parcel lockers", if in the post it's probably 10 years the Polish post office?! Who saw their parcel locker? (and I've been hearing the announcements for several years).
I know that it can hurt, in fact, I would like PP to function well, but let's not be charmed about how it is in state-owned companies ... I think that it should be privatized and let it fight on a market based on healthy competition. They have enormous logistics facilities and have the ability to show what they can.
Although I will say that recently (as I wanted to look for one parcel), after many phone calls I reached one Nice Lord who did not process at the sorting plant but in some other department and interestingly he wanted and helped to find the parcel ... he even called back etc. people who care and want even in PP and such people should be promoted there and be promoted healthily for their willingness.
Of course, there are better and worse cases, and even a year ago, Inpost and Paczkomaty in my area was a drama (and not only before Christmas) ... but this year they started it and set up parcel lockers and there were practically no problems (well sometimes they delivered parcels in 2 kicks - in the morning and in the evening)
Couriers and courier companies are the fate of a given moment, although I have not been using UPS and DHL recently, for example, why don't they give courier numbers, no, no, no.
Apparently, I set the time of sending (as I send) but this is of course fiction because the courier arrives anyway when it is convenient. And yet I do not need the phone to make an appointment with him for a coffee

Oh no. But who knows what will be tomorrow or next year. Besides, a given region is a given courier and a courier is a subcontractor, etc ... today is, tomorrow he is gone.
And as for PP, as long as it is state-owned ... we know, we don't have your coat and what will you do to us.
And what about who I see here Stockholm Syndrome
