    I have several users on a shared site. One wicket opens with a key, so we've added a 12v AC powered electric door opener (I plan to power it with DC, will do too).

    I bought such a diwajs from a popular site on A:

    It has 5 holes in the terminals:
    12v+
    12v-
    NO
    NC
    COM

    I would have a request for an assessment of the wiring diagram as to whether this makes sense, as neither of us have any sensible electrical knowledge.
    Hence the use of 12v on the consumer side, but if this is a bad idea I would be grateful for hints :) .

    Hello .
    Lock power supply (+) to COM,NO output to one lock terminal,other end from lock to(-).Controller power supply correct.
