    Hello
    I have a question regarding the Smart socket Gosund SP111.
    It seemingly works fine but every 10 minutes or so it clicks / makes a sound like that when switched on / off.
    I have several of these sockets and they all make this sound.
    What could be the cause (voltage, Wi-Fi, software) ?
    They did not do this before - only for a while.

    It looks like it resets or loses power for a fraction of a second , do you have the original software ???

    Yes original - I have not fiddled with anything - I am moderately familiar with such things ;)

    I am also chatting to Gosund tech support but so far they have not given a reason.

    I have sent them the IP addresses of the plugins - the technicians are to check the cause.

    Hi, I have had the same problem on two plugs for about a week now. The plug switches off and on for about half a second (you can hear the relay click) in cycles from 1 min to about 2 minutes. Any advice welcome…

    1. Restart your router and clear the cache in the app.
    -Open the app, click ME> Click Settings > click "Clear Cache" at the bottom
    2. remove the device from the app.
    -To remove the device from the app: Click the device name -click the edit sign (upper right-hand side). Go to the bottom of the screen and click Remove device "Disconnect -wipe data".
    3. Lastly, reset it to connect again. Simply press and hold the power button (for about 10 seconds). The smart plug will blink slowly for AP mode and fast blinking for Easy mode.
