Welcome,
I would like to use an app on my phone to switch on and off the power to high-powered appliances. In my case, an induction cooker.
(With low-power devices, there is no problem because you can use an additional switch and that's it).
I came up with the idea of using a simple Tuya WiFi switch (WRS1) to control a bistable 3-phase relay mounted behind 16A fuses. All simple in theory but I have no electrical experience so choosing the relay itself is difficult for me.
What is the best 3-phase relay (or 3x 1-phase controlled from one switch) to use to make the set work properly and faultlessly with 16A protection?
