ESP32 CAM: Dots on the serial port monitor after uploading the ESP_CAMERA sketch

after uploading the ESP_CAMERA sample sketch and disconnecting the jumpers, the module does not work, that is, the serial port monitor shows dots while waiting for the WIFI connection.
Module connected via USB TTL RS232 converter
I tried on two computers, on two boards, also with external power supply without converter. Always the same result.
I also checked with changing the Rx Tx wires,
Any suggestions what could be wrong?
Should I somehow pre-change something in the settings of the ESP32-Cam module to make it work in the Arduino environment?

So you have uploaded without a problem but cannot connect ? First of all, check your SSID and WIFI Password. And if everything is OK, upload a sample slug to test the connection.
