    Good morning everyone.

I am facing the challenge of choosing some solution for a smart single-family house. I have almost no experience in this field.
Generally what is most important is that it works stably and there are no problems with it (this is the priority). Price plays a secondary role (the person I will be fitting this to has the money).
In general, I will need control of roller shutters, lights (simple on/off - dimming may also be welcome), sprinkler control, alarm system, monitoring system. As far as the latter two are concerned, as far as I know, many solutions focus on integration with existing systems (e.g. Satel's Integra), and this would be fine with me, as long as everything can be accessed from a single application and these elements can be accessed later from the level of some created automation.
As far as the existing wiring is concerned, practically all cables from switches, light and roller-blind circuits go down to the distribution board (routed this way, due to the fact that I did not yet know what system would be installed and what it would require, and cables routed this way probably give the greatest room for manoeuvre). As for the cables from the motion detectors, siren and cameras, they are drawn into a separate box. Several twisted-pair cables are run between the distribution board and this box.
Generally, because of the cables to everything, I would probably prefer a wired system (probably cheaper and more reliable?) although if there is something wireless it can also be as long as it works stably and without problems .
At the same time it would be nice if the system would give some richer possibilities of doing automation (maybe even the possibility of writing some scripts in LUA or other language) and if the operation by the application would be as simple as possible for the end user.

I know that I am making quite big demands, but as I wrote at the beginning, the price plays a secondary role, and trouble-free operation of the system is a priority, so I am hoping that someone who already has something proven will have their say.

    Regards.

Unfortunately, the more automation, the more 'problematic'.
