Compatibility Issues: Zigbee Hub-W 3.0 and Aquara Motion Sensor RTCGQ11LM

I have a zigbee gateway marked as model: hub-w 3.0.
I wanted to buy motion sensors for it. I have chosen the ones from Aquara model: RTCGQ11LM but when I try to pair them, the Smart Life Tuya app does not see them at all.
The salesman said that if I have zigbee 3.0 they should work without a problem. The way I pair them is that I hold down the button for 5 seconds and wait for the lamp on the sensor to blink 3 times and then release the button.

Do you have a solution to this problem? Or are these sensors from Aquara not compatible with the tuya app?

You must purchase Tuya sensors for the Tuya gateway. Xiaomi Aquara sensors are not compatible with it. For more information see this Link .
