Is there some command for reading out the calibration values so one could save them in a document if software was lost or flashing failed miserably? And how would it be possible to use those values in a calibration attempt later?

It's a good idea, but maybe it would be better to just download whole config backup (without RF partition so without MAC address, and without LittleFS)?

In the Web App, Flash tab, there is an option to download binary dump of configuration:
Command for Reading and Documenting OpenBEKEN Calibration Values: IREF, VREF, POW
You can also restore it later in the same place.

It will give you a backup of device settings ,wifi, ssid, mqtt, pins, flags, etc.

Didn't he refer to values from OBK config? We can add such extraction to Javascript Web Panel
