    It looks like a very nice and easy to flash device. The U3 chip may confuse some people into thinking it's a TuyaMCU (it even looks like routed to RX/TX?), but when you read the marking, you can see it is BS814A, which a touch button controller made by Holtek, so not a TuyaMCU.

    Yes one button is routed to RDX1 but didn't cause any issues with flashing the WB3S in place.

    I'm assuming the BS814A outputs high and low logic levels to the inputs of the WB3S and that the USB-Serial programmer has the capacity to override it.
    It's good the designers of the BS81 series chips have kept I/O usage to the minimum.
