This is the BK7231T version of the Feit outdoor plug, distinct from the BK7231N version.
The device has a single relay that switches the two outlets, a button, a blue LED, and a red LED.
WARNING: The PCB has a row of header holes labeled 3V, IO0, RX, TX, and GND, but it is a lie! All the pins except 3V are actually GND.
Instead, the UART and CEN pins can be accessed via solder pads on the back of the board.

I can add that I used "uartprogram" to flash it. The GUI flasher hasn't been working for me lately (on Linux), it just hangs at "Reading 0x00".
