    Dear forum,

I managed to flash a smart power plug with an energy meter. It had Tuya, now it has Openbkt. It's a Silvergear smart plug (with an energy meter).
    Chips inside:

    BK7231N
    CB2S module
    BL0937

It says CLY802m-GE on the PCB.

Everything went OK, I flashed it with the latest version. I can reach it through my LAN WiFi.

It worked well for maybe 2 days. Then it suddenly disconnected from my WiFi. A hard reset (i.e., disconnecting from mains power) will do the trick, however, it is not well since. Especially when I log in to the apparatus and go to 'configure module' through the website of the smart plug. I get half the website page and then it 'hangs'. The WiFi connection is then gone. Only a hard reset (unplug it) will fix this.

    What could be the cause?

    Follow up:

Got a suggestion from @p.kaczmarek2 that this could be a weak power supply. As per his suggestion, I added a PowerSave command in the autoexec.bat. And indeed, the smart plug is more stable. Could I 'wreck' it 100% before with a simple 'configure module' command on the webpage, I now have to really click around to get the fault to show up. The power supply stability is probably the culprit here. I will monitor it for a while. Should it persist, I will open the hardware again and replace the PSU capacitors. Hope not, I glued it together already..... :-(

So it works better now? Take care, the symptoms may be misleading, but the issue is here for 100%. PowerSave 1 sometimes might not work for you, but you can't really tell then whether it's because it's not the lack of the PS, or had the capacitor already degraded....
Here's a show of quick fix for capacitors on the device which board I can't take out (they must be low ESR):

Adding 'powersave' helped. I am not sure anymore, but I might also have replaced the capacitor.
