    Good morning,
I would like to advise you what I have done wrong and if it is my fault at all. I started playing with home automation and connected a controller with Zigbee service under the Krispol Starcus K10 gate motor as an external button. According to the instructions in the cube plugs 2 PB and GND. The whole thing worked, but from then on the gate changed its mode. Namely, after activating the gate whether via the remote control or via the app (via the Zigbee controller) the gate only opened. Previously it worked in such a way that each successive press of the remote control reversed the action, i.e. we had up => down => up etc. Now you could only open the gate. I didn't know what to do, so I had to close it manually and now there is an "Ir" error on the display, which is not in the manual. The gate responds both to the remote control and to the app by illuminating itself.

Thank you for your help in advance.

Probably the polarity changes and if you have Zigbee it acts as a shorted or open button.
1 time you press the drive motor it spins left the second time you press the motor it spins right and closes the gate and in this case it is only shorted or open so it doesn't get the impulse to spin in the opposite direction.

I could understand this if it manifested itself in such a way that when a signal flies through the Zigbee the motor doesn't change polarity, but if the same happens from the remote control? That to me is strange. Not to mention that now there is this "lr" error and nothing is giving - I am unable to open the gate. I'm going to try programming the gate from scratch, but I don't know if that will do anything.

I managed to solve the problem. Well, when inserting the Zigbee controller, one cable from the photocell fell out of the cube. This motor works in such a way that if it has photocells configured and one of them is not working, as a safety measure you can only open the gate - the motor does not know if it is safe to close. So much for the subject. A simple matter, of course these errors are not described anywhere, I had to write to the manufacturer.
